By accessing or using Fresh VA services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our services.
Fresh VA provides a platform connecting businesses with skilled virtual assistants for administrative support, data management, communication, and other professional services. We facilitate the matching, onboarding, and management of virtual assistant relationships.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Clients agree to pay for virtual assistant services at the rates specified in their service agreement. Invoices are generated monthly based on approved hours. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Both clients and virtual assistants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
All work produced by virtual assistants during their engagement belongs to the client. Fresh VA retains rights to its platform, branding, and proprietary tools.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Fresh VA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
Fresh VA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
